 I'd be on board, but we'd also have to consider setting the appropriate
 character sets based on the language. Otherwise those users would be
 required to manually choose a character set, and have a broken experience
 by default. I'm not familiar with the nitty gritty on how that would all
 work, but if you're confident it would be comprehensive, I'm all for it.

 Loading all character sets by default would be another option, but that's
 adding a bunch of extra bloat and decreasing page load time for everyone,
 which I don't think is a good idea.
