 A moratorium is in place until the core team reviews and updates the
 guidelines. Plugins that violate the current guideline but are compatible
 with GPLv3 will not be de-listed. As I said earlier, you all made your
 (very valid) points, so there's no reason to suggest we're about to, say,
 purge 500 plugins from the repo or something along those lines.

 Yes. (Slugs are never reused.)

 Yes. The author is given a chance to respond to the notification.

 Yes. Replying to a notification is enough to be off the hook.
