@mikeschinkel - Thank you for the clarification. You're right :) Dual is
not okay, I was wrong!
@Rarst - Perhaps this analogy will help: I can use v2 software on a v3
server, but not v3 software on a v2 server. The license is forward
compatible, but not backwards.
Per this: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#AllCompatibility you
can go from GPLv2 to GPLv3 ''because'' you're permitted to go from GPLv2
to GPLv2 or later without issues.

case. You cannot take advantage of terms in later versions of the GPL.
So as long as you don't violate GPLv2, you can use the code in GPLv3.
This is why people get headaches.
