 I have a question about GPLv2 compatibility as license choice for easy
 core integration.

 Core is licensed under GPLv2+. This means it can be combined with GPLv3 if
 result is put under GPLv3.

 But doesn't this also mean that if it is combined with GPLv2 code (without
 "or later" clause) then result must be under GPLv2 and cannot be under
 GPLv2+, since introducing GPLv2 strict code kills GPLv3 compatibility?
