 The XML-RPC API supports the legacy Blogger API methods, but these methods
 have apparently not been very well tested or maintained.

 Given that the `wp.*` XML-RPC namespace now covers everything that the
 Blogger API does, I suggest the blogger methods be officially deprecated
 with an eye towards removing them in a future version.

 At the very least, the MetaWeblog API should be used by clients instead,
 as it was explicitly designed to enhance and supersede the Blogger API.
