 [attachment:19815.5.diff] adds:
 * Additional cleanup.
 * Spinner should function.
 * Cached window jQuery selector, primarily for maybeLoad -- others look to
 be cached already.

 Still required, and coming next (per ryan's comment):
 * Throttle or timeout for checking of scroll position
 * Replace delayedCallback
