 For as far as I know most plugins just use the jQuery `ui-icon-circle-
 triangle` arrows to navigate and such therefore leaving the rest of the
 icons as is.

 As this is often the case, should we perhaps use the WordPress default
 `/wp-admin/images/arrows.png` instead of the jQuery ones?
