 I talked to rboren in IRC...unfortunately it was via  PM, so I can't link
 to it, but it ended with

 sounds like id -> attachment_id and use attachment_id instead of uploaded
 will do.
 }}}
 [attachment:17242-height-width.7.diff] adds 'attachment_id' to the header
 array/object instead of id.  It also removes 'uploaded' as part of the
 header image array/object, and replaces the only place it was used with a
 check for attachment_id instead.
