 This is indeed because it was an exact match.

 Talked with Otto42, we're going to allow exact matches to show out-of-date
 results. It makes sense to us.

 That said, this plugin *was* updated
 [http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/282304/extra-feed-links 17
 months ago]. It is hidden because the updated data didn't properly refresh
 at the time.
