 Patch: [attachment:18909.diff] (didn't svn add the images), files in
 [attachment:jquery-ui-icons.zip] should go in wp-includes/images

 Summary:

 * Started with a Themeroller base. Images reduced to icons only, all other
 gradients done with CSS3.
 * Registered with handle `wp-jquery-ui`, not enqueued anywhere by default.
 * Known conflict: UI dialog, e.g. TinyMCE linking.
