 I can reproduce in Chrome 23 and IE 8. Looks OK in Firefox 17 and Opera
 12.

 Unlike `rosetta/rtl.css`, `languages/css/he_IL.css` is always loaded via
 http. Perhaps it should be merged with `rtl.css`.
