 At the very least, ''someone'' would have to log in to trigger the update
 in the first place.  When we release a version deprecating the feature,
 we'll document it.  When you upgrade you'll either see the announcement or
 the welcome screen with a list of changes.  Either way, the person
 upgrading ''should'' be aware that the feature is going away.
