 You can translate the "Trash" post status as "Deleted" or whatever makes
 the most sense in pt_BR.

 Sounds like the translation should be corrected to use the singular form
 in both cases.
 In ru_RU, there's only a singular form for the same reason. In some other
 languages the plural form might also be needed though.

 If a context is missing somewhere, feel free to suggest it, however this
 doesn't seem to be the case.
