 Now that Wordpress is being touted as a full-fledged CMS, it's about time
 this feature was re-examined, as Wordpress should  account for the myriad
 of possible post types that make use of a date and time field which should
 be displayed in a users own timezone (Events and Meetings are just a
 couple of types that come to mind). Having it standardised and located in
 the WP core would be a great plus.
