 When u select Moscow as the time zone, u have wrong time in your blog.
 Medvedev cancelled transition to winter time in Russia in February, 2011.
 So, if i select Moskow, i get time 01:00:00, but real time in this city is
 02:00:00. Need remove transition to winter time in all Russia.
