 With 3.6 planning most likely happening soon I would like to request that
 this ticket be elevated to a blessed task. It would be great to see a
 standard set of hooks used in 2013 as well as the other bundled themes.
 While I see the benefit of the smallest possible set (as outlined above),
 the flexibility of [https://github.com/zamoose/themehookalliance the THA]
 might be the best way to go. I support both solutions with open arms.
