 re: visual overhead

 is there any reason there couldn't be a 'dp-plugins' (for dependencies)
 similar to the mu-plugins folder for these things to be stored? Adding
 another tab on the top row (next to 'must use' or whatever). This will
 allow them to stay contained, be useful, and not overload / scare a user
 when seeing a bunch of new plugins.
