 We've upgraded to 3.5 as well, there's no Suhosin, but a 1000 PHP variable
 limit on the server limits the menu size to 90 items. Items can be added
 to the menu, but they won't save. The last one doesn't save its parent and
 is set to "custom" rather than "page". Was this supposed to be resolved by
 #22189?
