 The "Edit" button in the post/page edit screen (e.g. /wp-
 admin/post.php?post=##&action=edit) doesn't make the permalink address
 editable. The URL changes (appends "#post_name") but the field doesn't
 become editable.

 You're still able to edit the permalink via the "Quick Edit" link in the
 post/page list screen (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page)

 This is my first bug report so please let me know if you need more info.
