 This has been changed in WordPress 3.5 (though not as much as you may
 like). One issue with your proposed change is how much room that would
 take up in the window. (Also keep in mind it's not exactly WP's job to
 teach everyone how to use HTML correctly, just to make it easier to do so
 ;) ). Still, this could be useful in tooltips over each section
