Comment (by nacin):

 We should really just inject `max-width: 100%` and let it scale up in the
 future if you switch to a theme with a greater content_width, but that is
 a image_constrain_size_for_editor() enhancement for another day. This is
 simply to keep compatibility with 3.4.
