Comment:

 Note that the current one also has the "Search Engines Discouraged" line
 removed, and already has 3.5 as its version. This is a better starting
 point: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-
 admin/images/screenshots/about-retina.png?rev=23019. Looks like all that
 would need to be changed is Links removed and the theme switched to Twenty
 Twelve.

 If troublesome (not sure if you are photoshopping this), I think lessbloat
 can handle it on Wednesday.
