 One more thing: I wanted to note some pitfalls I ran into for whoever
 picks this up next. Firefox does not apply `line-height` to input buttons
 (ARGH), and browsers do all kinds of fun and different things when em
 values end up in partial pixels. Be looking in multiple browsers at all
 times, especially for this.
