Clean install & db.. Getting an Internal Server Error 500 with 19796-hack-
day.16.diff applied. Trunk works as expected.
Win7 x64 - PHP 5.3.16 - FastCGI
Same result in subdir or root of the Default Web Site / AppPool. I don't
see anything pertinent in the syslogs & IIS logs only show the 500.
