 The bug with "Auto Draft" page titles (mentioned in the
 [https://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel=wordpress-
 dev&day=2012-08-22&sort=asc#m442245 dev chat]) was introduced in [21572].

 Once `get_post()` is called in `edit-form-advanced.php` (via
 `get_permalink()`), the empty `$post->post_title` from
 `get_default_post_to_edit()` is overridden with "Auto Draft".
