Cool, thanks. I wish I had a clue what that meant, I don't know php.
Don't you think it's not very sensible to have this behavior as the
default? The main reason the "contributor" level exists is for guest
authors and people you want to double check before publishing right? So
unless you publish their stuff right away you're automatically in trouble
if someone can pop in later and edit without you noticing!
I'm going to try a plugin to fix this, but still, just doesn't seem to
make much sense as a default.
