 Probably tests/meta/query.php, Tests_Meta_Query as the class name.

 WP_Meta_Query is a piece of the meta(data) API in WordPress. It can also
 be used for more than just WP_Query (such as in WP_User_Query), so
 tests/query/meta.php is too specific.
