 eMusic uses Multisite with WordPress as an external in /wordpress - you
 can make it work by filtering home/site URLs, you also have to define
 WP_CONTENT_URL and WP_CONTENT_DIR. Is the issue here that WordPress is
 supposed to figure this out for you?
