 As reported [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19910#comment:53 in
 #19910] the theme customizer doesn't completely work in Opera correctly.

 Upon entering the customizer if you click any links within the preview,
 it'll reload back to the Themes Admin with the customizer overlay still
 somewhat active.

 Duplicated in the latest stable Opera on both Mac and Windows:
 * Opera 11.62 (Opera/9.80 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7.3; U; en)
 Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.62 )
 * Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.62
