 +1 for this.

 I just checked the transients on one of my sites with my
 [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/debug-bar-transients/ plugin] and
 noticed that there are about 400 `browser_` transients which are expired
 since 250 days and still exists.


 > On DB upgrade, purge all transients, regardless of expiration.
 I'm not sure about this. This could result in an heavy first page load,
 depends on how the transients are used.
