 "Media → Add New" link in admin menu is hidden for mobile devices: [[BR]]

 However, there are two more links on Media Library screen (Add New) and in
 the Toolbar (New → Media).

 Since `wp-admin/media-new.php` has a check against mobile devices, those
 links lead to a blank screen. We should remove them consistently and
 probably print an error message if a user somehow ends up on that screen
 anyway.
