 19690.3.diff builds on 19690.21.diff.

  * Deprecates clean_page_cache() and update_post_cache()
  * Drops do_action('clean_page_cache', $id)
  * Clears all_page_ids and get_pages in clean_post_cache()
  * Assumes children are the same post_type in the child loop
