 Seeing as they haven't been brought up yet, two issues with the admin bar
 in its current state:

 1. Menu items added to the user profile menu do not display correctly.
 2. The user profile menu shows a big blank area when avatars are not
 displayed.

 In addition, the user profile menu ID has changed to 'my-account'
 irrespective of the avatar display setting. In 3.1 it's 'my-account-with-
 avatar' when avatars are displayed, and 'my-account' when they're not. Is
 this an oversight or a change?
