 wptrac.css] contains all of the CSS changes for the regular CSS files and
 also some changes/additions to that pesky internal/inline stylesheet. It
 needs to come before all internal/external stylesheets but before the
 mobile one.

 If you make all rules important, you can also try it out as a user style.
 Just watch out for the one rule that is already important.
