 I'll check out the latest patch from helenyhou. One thing though, for
 maintenance reasons it might be easier if we had a single CSS file of
 overrides (like a child theme first importing the parent theme's
 style.css). That way our Trac updates hypothetically go smoother, and
 maintenance/deployment is less crazy. I'll take a look at what it takes to
 just switch out the theme, though.
