 Yeah, I can't even see the color on the drop-downs unless I jack the
 contrast.  It should be the same darkest color of the main menu flyout
 (fade in gradient need not apply).

 (+1 to the rightside options/help as well - Howdy/per site stuff left, WP
 generic/same with all sites right.  Do see do)
