 +1. I know a lot of other sites keep the user menu on the right, but with
 the current min-width, that's a bad menu to get cut off. It could also be
 nice to have screen options and help back over to the right, maybe along
 with the W menu, and then the user menu on the far left. The Help and
 Screen Options links look weird when highlighted/on and partially over the
 left menu - being on the right could also help that and maybe use the same
 gray as the help/screen options panels for a tab kind of effect:
