 The docs for {{{wp_salt()}}} are not up to date. It refers to he old API
 link, has an old example for {{{SECRET_KEY}}} and I think {{{SECRET_KEY}}}
 and {{{SECRET_SALT}}} seems to be deprecated too?

 Either https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/ nor
 https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/ are generating the keys.
