 Moving My Sites would 'feel good'  Leave the W menu for WordPress things.
 Though Network Admin moving would be a third move in as many major
 releases.  I'm not sure how much that would annoy people.

 Also the background needs to be a lighter color.  The black right now is
 too dark, unless we change the font color to eee instead of ccc. The
 contrast is just weird and hard to read.
