 The admin bar in the admin area seems a little redundant now the 'Add
 New', 'Appearance', and 'Comments' menus have been removed. There's barely
 anything in it.

 I can understand why they've been removed, as the links are duplicates of
 those available in the main menu, but I'd prefer that the admin bar is
 consistent on the site and in the admin area. I think the 'Add New' menu
 should be reinstated.

 The link to wordpress.org (and the W icon) is completely pointless, as
 noted by several other people.

 The user menu as it is introduces a regression: #15654.
