 I don't get it. If no one uses it this way, then why the max width? Now
 you *can't* use it this way.

 Say someone manages a CPT all day long. 27" screen, long titles, full
 descriptions, a dozen columns. Designed exactly for a big screen.

 We shouldn't be putting a max width on anything. We should make some
 screens (like widgets) take full advantage of it. And leave the rest
 alone.
