 Nothing happens.  You can click on the column numbers till the cows come
 home, but that NEVER changes.

 Also when you drag the widgets over, there's no dotted outlines in the
 other columns, its like it doesn't exist.

 I didn't get any overt errors in Chrome, but I didn't have debugging on.
 No errors in my site error log.
