 Hmm thanks scribu, but on a clean version of 3.1 taxonomy.php line 629:

     foreach ( $this->queries as $query ) {

 But in your .diff you have it as line 639.  Also see the original patch
 you posted 16706.diff also has that line as 629.  Am I missing something?
