Comment:

 Shouldn't gradients in `wp-admin.dev.css` be attributed to `background-
 image` (as in `colors-classic.dev.css`), rather than `background-color`?
 [http://www.webkit.org/blog/175/introducing-css-gradients/ WebKit blog
 says]: "You can use gradients in the following places: background-image,
 border-image, list-style-image, content property".
