Comment:

 QuickPress is meant to be a quick default. I'd love it to have categories,
 you'd love post formats, someone else would love featured image, etc.
 QuickPress is due to be revisited, but not just to add more stuff. I think
 Nacin's point is in line with the intent of the dashboard module. Suggest
 we close as wontfix given the intent to do combined press this/quickpress
 redux after 3.3.
