 I think I have an idea.

 If you're using pretty permalinks and search base
 (`http://example.com/search/"Swimming+Pool"`), that might be a duplicate
 of #13961.

 Try `http://example.com/?s="Swimming+Pool"` and/or the patch from #13961.
