 Just for the record, phpBB uses relative (..) style URLs and MediaWiki
 uses root relative URLs (e.g. /wiki/Main_Page). It would be nice for
 WordPress to follow suit, but until the "later" in "maybelater" comes we
 will probably have to attempt to solve this using a source-code hack or
 some form of a plugin.
