 Lance and I talked on Skype and decided on using .7 for this release.
 [attachment:17979.9.diff] is based on that with some copy changes, a
 refresh to work with current trunk, and an added "class" option for
 `register_sidebar()` that we can use to style the orphaned sidebars
 differently.
