 +1. I've given a few suggestions in my various posts above - not sure if
 people were using "the_rest" because they liked it (I don't), or just
 making it clear they were referring to that particular idea.

 It's kind of like content meta, content extras, or content aside, or
 perhaps content tools - something related to that particular content.
