 I know a lot of people are all on-board for the new flyout and hover menu
 functionality, but one behavior change I cannot seem to adjust is clicking
 the Howdy menu to activate the dropdown + logout.

 I promise, I DON'T want to edit my profile, I just want the menu to drop
 down. I don't think this is related to the hover delay, it's that I'm used
 to clicking the thing and can't stop doing it.
